Mogrom the Sorceress has again hatched a plot to rule all of Lendor. But this time she has help from the evil Orcon, the Ice Lord of the North.

They capture Eldor the wizard and it is up to Lore and Nyssa to free him. They must travel to the Scorched Desert far to the south of Lendor in search of Ashmon, the Desert Lord. Only he can defeat Orcon and send him back to his icy domain before he covers all Lendor in ice and snow.
